I have received a damaged or broken product. What now?

Alkobel strives for an optimum quality level for both its products and its services. However, it can never be ruled out that a product will be damaged during production or during its handling or shipping.

For the warranty conditions, we refer to the terms and conditions, (which you can download from the download section of this website). It is important that you inform your sales employee of your complaint as soon as possible and that you return the goods with return document (also downloadable) to Alkobel in suitable packaging. For the completeness of your warranty file, it is also recommended that you take photos of the damaged product in question.

The entire file will be studied in detail by Alkobel and an appropriate solution will be proposed in the event of a justified complaint.
